Once candidates have cleared the stringent vetting procedures (see Recruitment and Vetting Page) and been successful at their Induction Training they are qualified to receive their respective SIA License. Officers can then expect close assistance and monitoring to help them while they settle into the busy life of an ESG Security Officer.
Roles for our Officers are many and varied. Officers might start in a front of house / concierge position for a major commercial organization or working as part of a large team on a government site or project. Whatever role, our Officers are selected for their particular attributes and skills compatible with our customers and sites demands. They then receive subsequent training on these specific sites.
