It’s not a strategy about being the biggest or having the widest range of service; it’s about doing what we do to the highest standards – and doing it consistently well. Customer Care ~

At ESG we fully believe that customer care is at the forefront of security provision and it is vital that our Security Officers reflect the levels of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency that our clients would expect from their own staff.

We run a client Help Desk based at Elite House as part of our Customer Service. This not only helps to provide further support to our teams on the ground, it enables our clients’ easier access to the company without going through our Operations Departments so they can swiftly pass on feedback and discuss the service we offer.
