We always plan a structured approach when beginning any security commitment in order to best deploy and coordinate our staff and activities. Our services and performance can then be analysed and measured over the whole period of the contract by using various Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
We provide highly professional and dedicated Project/Contract Managers. In line with our own company ethos, they will deliever close supervision and support for the teams we have deployed across the country. Their support is backed up by frequent visits of our HR and QA Managers to the teams, therefore personnel and administive issues are quickly resolved.
