At our Main and Southern Region Offices we run an Alarm Response Service (with uniformed officers) throughout the year ensuring fast response.
Our clients need assurance that when they leave their premises a reliable service is there if things go wrong, meaning their buildings and assets are protected by an alarm system, CCTV or similar. ESG provides its customers with peace of mind satisfaction that, should an intruder alarm be activated out of hours, or should an "intruder" be captured on CCTV, we are ready to respond immediately.
ESG hold hundreds of sets of keys and alarm codes in our 24 hour secure control rooms, waiting for the call from our customer's alarm receiving station or the Police. Each key is uniquely identified by the application of a security seal, which is logged out of the control room only when required for activation. When returned, a new seal is applied and the keys are checked in, giving us a full audit of each individual keys movement.
Details of alarm codes and other specialist instructions are held in the control room and are only released to authorised personnel. Premises can be fully checked and expertly re-secured after any alarm activation. ESG can also offer escort services for organisations who do not wish their staff to attend to alarm calls, out of hours, on their own.
Comprehensive documentation for each alarm call is given to our client's after every visit; a copy of this is also available at our 24 hour manned control room.
