We are constantly monitored by a number of independent Quality Assurance Accrediting bodies therefore our customers have peace of mind that they are working with a superior industry leader, committed to providing improved services that are far and above the standards set out by the Security Industry Authority’s (SIA) voluntary Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS).
ESG are a member of the ACS, the standard encompasses all aspects of a security providers operation. It takes a holistic view of how well an organisation is managed and an approved organisation must demonstrate to an independent assessor, on an annual basis, that the defined standards have been met, this includes all officers trained and holding the appropriate SIA license, comprehensive insurance cover, regular site audits and site meetings including feed back from officers, clients and consumers.
We are inspected twice yearly by the auditing team of the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) and have had Gold Membership of the NSI since 1996. ESG works to the latest versions of the Quality Assurance Accreditations which are as follows:
