ESG operates a number of PSS CCTV Control Rooms across the country. In every control station where we operate, we supply expertise, supervision, communication, training, documentation and the people required to operate CCTV systems within codes of practice and current law and legislative environments.

Our comprehensive control room documentation means that our clients can be sure that if a crime, accident or incident happened, it has been recorded in a format acceptable as evidence in criminal courts or enquiries throughout the UK.

Our support structure to the CCTV Control Rooms includes fully trained rapid response officers, in the event of sickness or emergency cover. We guarantee they will be PSS CCTV Operators licensed and trained on our clients’ systems.

Our Managers are always available to clients to discuss any aspect of the running of the CCTV Control Rooms, and can provide a useful intermediary at formal CCTV system management meetings.

We qualify all of our PSS CCTV staff to NOCN Level 2 PSS CCTV Operator standards as required for SIA licensing. We continuously study developments in all aspects of legislation, including CCTV operations, and incorporate these into our CCTV training courses, along with best practice philosophy.
